About Us
Arbor Psychiatric and Wellness Center opened in December of 2017 in Nebraska City, NE. Our goal is to provide individualized care to improve the mental health and overall well-being of our clients and their families using compassionate, evidence based treatment options.
Our providers offer medication management, psychotherapy, and group therapy services to the Nebraska City community and surrounding areas. We strive to deliver high-quality, individualized, and guided treatment to help clients achieve their goals.

You will receive reminder phone calls, emails or texts for appointments for your convenience. You are also provided a personalized way to message your provider, complete paperwork and request medication refills.

Our Staff
Leah Manzel, Office Manager/Intake Coordinator

Leah joined Arbor Psychiatric and Wellness Center in 2018. She manages new intakes for the office, manages the front desk, and aids providers in keeping their schedules running smoothly, as well as handling various patient needs.
Sam Creek, Office Assistant I

Sam joined Arbor Psychiatric and Wellness Center in December of 2022. She handles patient intakes, provider management, and front office needs to help assist patients in meeting their mental health care needs.
